Summer 1925, St. Tropez, French Riviera.
Born in the Côte d’Azur and cherished by leisure seekers worldwide for more than a century, this iconic scent was revisited by ARQUISTE® Parfumeur alongside a consortium of Orange Gelée devotees for Vacation’s much celebrated “Orange Gelée Revival Project.” With notes of bergamot, clove, saffron and patchouli, GELÉE by Vacation® captures the quintessential “joie de vivre” of the original orange-tinted luxury and adds a subtle hint of “Zeste Méditerranéen” for optimal balance, radiance, and “je ne sais quoi” wearability.

- Vacation® Inc is an award-winning sunscreen company from Miami, USA, on a mission to make sunscreen fun. Company founders Marty Bell, Lach Hall, and Dakota Green worked alongside Dr. Elizabeth Hale, a Board Certified Dermatologist and SVP of The Skin Cancer Foundation, and Carlos Huber and Rodrigo Flores-Roux, the perfumers behind ARQUISTE Parfumeur and the St. Regis Hotel to create “Leisure-Enhancing” SPF products that are not only unique in the category (take their whipped cream-inspired “Classic Whip Sunscreen Mousse”) but also make the wearer look, feel, and smell like they’ve been to paradise and back. Vacation® Inc launched in June 2021 and quickly became a viral sensation, beloved for its lust-worthy products and nostalgic 360-degree brand world inspired by the sun-soaked days of 1980s beach culture. Vacation® Inc has been praised by tastemakers including Kourtney Kardashian and Jasmine Sanders, featured in dozens of publications, from Fast Company to Vogue, and received sought-after awards from GQ, Esquire, Allure, Refinery29, and many more.
Bio
Taking cues from Poolsuite FM’s nostalgia-fueled world, Vacation hearkens back to the sun-soaked days of 80s beach culture (think Hawaiian Tropic circa 1986), while ushering it into the 21st century using the best in modern sun care science. The result? “Excessively Good Sunscreen,” as the brand has dubbed it. It's sunscreen that you crave to wear, and that’s elevated at every angle: from the look, feel and smell, to the design, price and eccentric brand world surrounding the products, everything about Vacation is designed to be “leisure enhancing.” To help deliver on this claim, industry-leading perfumers Carlos Huber, of the cult niche brand ARQUISTE Parfumeur, and Rodrigo Flores-Roux, creator of such iconic scents as Clinique’s “Happy,” developed Vacation’s addictively nostalgic signature scent. It not only sparks memories of summers spent poolside, thanks to classic sunscreen notes like coconut and banana, but also references the experience itself, with notes of pool water, inflatable pool toys, and speedo lycra. After all, it’s Vacation by Poolside FM’s mission to create sunscreen that makes you look, feel, and smell like you’ve been to paradise and back.
