Order Processing and Shipping Policy

i. Processing your order:
Please note order processing takes 1-3 days. Any orders received after 1pm Friday or during the weekend will be processed the coming Monday. ‘Business days’ are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

*During busy seasons (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) please note order processing might be delayed as our warehouse is extremely busy, please allow 3 days to process.

ii. Receiving your order:
Our distribution center is located in the East Coast. For East Coast customers, please allow 5-7 business days after processing. Central and West coast customers, please allow 7+ business days after order processing.

* Due to COVID-19 and shelter in place orders, our warehouse is suffering from absenteeism and all shipping services are experiencing extra delays. We thank you for your support and for your patience during this trying time. 

iii. Restrictions on Air Shipping:
Due to air transport restrictions and regulations, our items are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Standard Ground Shipping only. This means they are not eligible for Premium or Overnight Shipping.

All shipping charges are calculated by total weight of package and shipping destination.

iv. No P.O. Boxes: 

ARQUISTE® Parfumeur does not ship to P.O. Boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

vi. Available Domestic Carrier (UPS, Fedex & DHL): 

Due to repetitive delays and lost packages experienced with USPS, ARQUISTE® has sadly paused USPS as a carrier service until we can re-evaluate their service. We believe in the US Postal System but as a boutique brand we cannot afford any more issues.  We can guarantee better service with UPS, Fedex and DHL. 

vii. International Shipping:
