While most of the United States is under shelter in place orders, Arquiste.com is open 24/7. The safety of our distribution team and customers is our top priority. We’re monitoring the situation very closely and working with all external fulfillment partners to ensure they’re taking necessary safety precautions.
When can I expect to receive my ARQUISTE package— are there currently processing or shipping delays?

Shipping Time (United States):
Order processing: 3 days
Once your order is processed you will receive a shipment notification with tracking number.
East Coast: Please allow for 5-7 business days*
Central & West Coast: Please allow for 7+ days after you shipping a shipment notification.
Is my order packaged and handled under all COVID-19 safety regulations?
Our shipping center hasdistributed personal protective gear, such as masks and gloves and implemented enhanced cleaning during order packing. There are constant temperature checks to ensure the picking and packing teams' health and safety. We can promise every order is handled responsibly.
